Project Overview
This project focuses on designing a platform for a website design and development company. It directly addresses key B2B client concerns regarding pricing clarity, project timelines, and technical quality. The user experience is built around a streamlined request-to-dashboard workflow and fast OTP authentication, delivering a transparent and high-converting journey for potential clients.
Problem Statement
Problem Statement Most businesses distrust web development agencies due to hidden costs, vague timelines, and unreliable support. This opacity creates friction, leading clients to abandon requests. The core challenge was transforming this complex process into a clear, transparent, and trustworthy experience
Research
To understand the root causes of client distrust, we analyzed real user reviews and complaints about web development agencies. The research revealed four critical pain points: hidden costs and unclear pricing, unreliable project timelines, poor post-launch support, and lack of full code ownership. These insights directly shaped our information architecture, ensuring every user anxiety was proactively addressed through clear messaging and transparent workflows.
